Improvement Project

  • Yearlong support: Affordable and on-going support from August to June. 

  • 3 core leaders: Select up to 3 leaders at the main site for regular communication, including video chat or observation options.

  • Project support presentations: Receive presentations on essential skills and knowledge to implement the improvement project. 

  • Data analytics: Use data before, during, and after the project.

PD Course

  • 3 Core Leaders: Select up to 3 leaders at the main site for regular communication, including video chat or observation options.

  • On-going professional learning: A course focused on what matters and designed to be results-driven.

  • Course Completion Report: Keep track of professional learning progress.
